Whole Home Mold Inspection
Covers inspection of the exterior, crawlspace, every room in the home, and the attic. Includes visual inspection, air particulate measurements, temperature and humidity measurements, TVOC and CO2 and Formaldehyde measurements, up to 15 tape samples, and infrared scanning. Please note that buildings not connected to the main home are not included in the inspection but can be added on for an additional fee.
Reports are furnished within 7 business days. You may expedite your results to come back within 3 business days.

Re-inspections performed after recommended remediation work AND within a year of the initial inspection are offered for half price.

COST: $500 for up to 2,500 square feet. Add $50 for each additional 500 square feet increment.
Partial Home Mold Inspection
Covers inspection of up to 4 rooms of your choosing. Please note that this service excludes the Exterior, Attic, and Crawl Space. You can add additional areas for an additional $100 each. Includes visual inspection, air particulate measurements, temperature and humidity measurements, TVOC and CO2 and Formaldehyde measurements, up to 8 tape samples, and infrared scanning.
Reports are furnished within 3 business days.

Air Sampling
Air sample testing is the industry standard when it comes to detecting mold in a home. A vacuum device pulls a precise amount of air through a hose which is connected to an air sample cassette. This cassette has a sealed trap that collects any particulate and contaminants in the air. The samples are sent to a certified lab to be analyzed. There is a minimum of two samples required because there needs to be a sample taken outside the home as a baseline measurement to compare to inside measurements.

Reports are furnished as soon as the lab sends them back, usually within a few days.

COST: $75 each, 2 quantity minimum.
Tape Lift Sampling
Tape lift sampling is my personal favorite way to check for mold in a home. It consists of taking a piece of tape, sticking it to a surface that you suspect has mold growth, then examining it under a microscope on a slide with the proper dye.

COST: Base charge of $50 plus $20 for each sample.
Educational Walkthrough
This is a guided walkthrough with you of your home, checking for many of the common causes of mold. We will discuss potential issues in the attic and crawl space, but will not physically go into those areas. A handout with specific notes will be given at the end of the walkthrough

COST: $300 for up to 2,500 square feet. Add $20 for each additional 500 square feet increment.
Emergency Fee
Fee for coming out to a job outside of normal business hours.

Fee for coming out to a home for services other than inspections.

Expedited Report Fee
Fee for expediting the inspection report to get it back in 3 business days instead of 7.

Fee for adding the inspection of the attic or crawl space to a partial inspection.

Hard Copy Report Fee
Fee to have a physical printed color copy of the report in a professional jacket furnished. Additional fees may apply for shipping, if required.

Exterior Building Inspection Add-on
Covers visual inspection of an exterior building not directly connected to the main building such as a shed, garage, pool house, and etc.

This service is for clients who have not used any of our paid services. We will discuss any mold issues and offer any and all advice we can. $30 per 30 minutes.​​

Commercial Building Inspection
Covers inspection of a commercial building, including exterior and interior visual inspection, measurement of air particulate, TVOC’s, HCHO, CO2, temperature, and humidity, and scanning with an infrared camera. Full Home Mold Re-Inspection
This service is specifically for customers that have gotten an inspection already, have completed the repairs needed, and want to see if the remediation work was successful. It is a complete repeat of the first inspection for 50% off whatever you paid for the service itself the first time.

Fee for travel farther than 75 miles from the home office, billed at .40 per mile.
